Marionette's Trailer

The wood ;frames' laying in the v were initially thought to be a useful guide for the keel when retrieving the boat at a boat ramp. Decided they were really not needed, although some kind of keel guide is probably a good idea. There have been times - captured on film - of the boat sitting a bit lopsided on the trailer.

In this picture you can also see the 12' tongue extension tied in on the port side. The plastic tubes you see on the fenders were sockets for guides positioning the trailer sides otherwise underwater. At the time I thought these were a good idea - not needed.
