    Hi -
Thought your group might be interested in a Dolphin I have for sale.  1974 Yankee located in Richmond, CA.  I bought her in a somewhat neglected state; started working on her but have too much on my plate.  She's a sound, well equipped boat; self-tailing Lewmar primaries, nice dodger, all lines led to the cockpit with rope clutches, good sails including a fully battened main; head plumbed to holding tank.  I had her hauled out, bottom wet-sanded and 2 coats of hard copper bottom paint this week, also replaced a frozen through-hull.  Topsides are decent; could use brightwork and deck paint but I've started the prep.  Asking $2950 with a small electric motor or will substitue a nice 4hp 4-stroke Yamaha for another $500.

went to the boat today and could not find a hull number anywhere. Best I can find is from the registration - it gives hull ID as CFZ8711F0073F. She had no name; previous owner had painted her transom gray
Webmaster Note: December 24, 2016. Dolphin website staff never sleeps. Recent reports from the field have provided new information - see http://www.dolphin24.org/san_diego_hills.html. The CFZ letters may indicated a 'home built' boat - Yankee stopped building boats in 1972 but there may have been a few hulls/decks left that were sold and finished by DIY owners?
