So Yanqui's mainsail is pretty tired and I can see I'll be nursing it through the year. In the past I've bought all my new sails through North Sail and have had fantastic results. That being said, it doesn't look like I'll be able to afford that route this time around (the wife has been heroic in her tolerance of new sails so far).

What is the cheapest Dolphin mainsail that folks have found so far?

July now and looking at new Main. I've today started my search and will see a local maker tomorrow. I'll be interested in the out come of your search and the dimensions you use.
